After her family went missing on a delivery during the events of the Calamity, Nana moves to Ul'Dah proper to live with her grandmother, a wealthy ex-member of the Syndicate. She lives with her grandmother for years until her passing and sets out to fulfill her Nona's final wish - go forth and experience the world to its fullest.

Nana, plagued by consistent migraines and visions, sets off to Gridania to seek treatment. Brother E-Sumi-Yan of the Conjurer's Guild feels the presence of strong healing potential within Nana and brings her into the guild, offering treatment and training on how to soothe her ails herself.

Heavensward

Nana and the Scions are wrongfully accused of threatening the Sultana's life. Cast out to Coerthas and its frigid climate and peoples, Nana struggles to adapt to her new surroundings.
